Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking crew members to join our growing team as Oil Change Team Members. No prior experience is required as we provide training to learn how to change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, and perform light maintenance.

Earn up to $15/hour with base pay and commissions, with opportunities for advancement. We offer full-time schedules, weekly bonuses, same-day pay through myFlexPay, free oil changes, paid time off for full-time staff, and health/vision/dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• No experience required—training provided.
• Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in AZ, ID, KS, NM, SC, SD, TX, and WY)

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and check tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and provide excellent customer service.
