Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly, energetic crew members for full-time positions as oil change team members and lube techs. No experience required; we offer paid training and opportunities to move up quickly within the company.

You will learn to change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill tires, and perform light maintenance while serving customers in a fast-paced shop. We offer full-time schedules, base pay with commissions, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform repetitive movements.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
