Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members in the United States. No experience is required as you will be trained to change oil, replace wiper blades/filters, inflate tires, and perform light maintenance.

The role offers full-time schedules, paid training, and opportunities for advance within the company. Employees can earn up to $15 per hour with base pay and commissions, with many promotions from within the team.

Qualifications

• No experience required; candidates will be trained to become lube technicians.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids and perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory; maintain shop cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service.
