Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member to join our busy shop in Tyler. No experience is required—the team provides training to perform oil changes, change filters, replace wiper blades, fill tires, and other light maintenance while you stay in your car.

Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions and room to grow through our fast-track leadership path. We offer paid training, full-time schedules, and benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance plus paid time off

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather.
• Must have reliable transportation to the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 in some states).

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
