Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is looking for friendly, energetic individuals to join our team as Oil Change Team Members. No experience is required; we train you to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades, air filters, adjust tire pressure, and conduct light maintenance in a shop setting.

This full-time role offers up to 15/hr with base pay and commissions. Many current leaders started as lube techs, and Take 5 provides paid training to help you move into supervisory positions quickly.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• We will train you to be a lube technician and learn basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and check tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the shop floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
