Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking outgoing individuals to join our team as Oil Change Team Members. No experience required; we offer paid training to learn oil changes, light maintenance, and customer service while you work in a fast-paced shop environment.

We promote from within, with many shop managers starting as lube techs. Earn up to $15/hour with base pay and commissions, plus benefits and growth opportunities across the country.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be over 18 years of age (varies by state)

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory on the shop floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
