Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Quick Lube Automotive Technician in Jacksonville, FL. This entry-level role focuses on basic maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations and inspections, while leveraging training to grow technical skills.

You will work with a collaborative team to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Applicants should be at least 18, have a valid driver's license and basic tools, and be open to continuous learning and training opportunities

Qualifications

• Entry level technician with interest in automotive maintenance.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced shop.
• Willingness to participate in manufacturer training when offered.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing tires and battery testing.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Use the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle.
• Adhere to manufacturer guidance and internal training.
• Ensure vehicles are returned in good condition or better.
• Participate in manufacturer training and internal programs.
• Continue learning about new vehicle technologies.
• Apprenticeship experience is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment screening and have a valid driver's license.
