Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members for full-time roles. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to become a skilled lube technician, capable of changing oil, replacing filters, and performing light maintenance while you stay in the vehicle's comfort.

Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, with opportunities for advancement. We offer fast growth: many of our Shop Managers started as lube techs.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in hot/cold weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory; keep the shop clean.
• Provide excellent customer service.
