Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support the Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and a fast, friendly customer experience. You’ll step in as Manager on Duty and help keep the shop safe, efficient, and running smoothly with paid hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment delivering consistent and exceptional customer service experience for every customer.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to following and maintaining facility and safety control policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed by coordinating workflow and helping the team deliver safe, efficient, high-quality service.
• Model fast, friendly customer service, respond to customer needs, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Train new team members, provide real-time coaching and feedback, reinforce expectations, and recognize strong performance.
• Support shop performance by identifying opportunities for improvement and taking on additional leadership responsibilities when the Shop Manager is unavailable.
