Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support daily operations, lead a fast-paced team, and ensure a safe, efficient customer experience.

You will step in as Manager on Duty as needed, coach staff, train new members, and help drive shop performance. Automotive experience is valued but not required; paid training and clear growth paths are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment delivering consistent and exceptional service.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to facility and safety control policies and practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to give direction and feedback.
• Ability to stay calm, organized and solution-focused during busy periods.
• Must meet applicable age and certification requirements where required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.

Responsabilités

**Take 5 Oil Change Assistant Shop Manager**At Take 5 Oil Change, leadership happens right on the shop floor. We’re looking for an Assistant Shop Manager who is career-minded, enjoys working with people, takes pride in doing things the right way, and is ready to help lead a fast-paced team.In this role, you’ll support the Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and fast, friendly customer experience. You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when needed, helping the team stay focused while keeping the shop safe, efficient, and running smoothly.
