Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Piping Designer to join our team. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional work and is eager to expand their process piping design skills under the supervision of industry-leading professionals. You will work directly with senior process engineers and piping designers on multi-discipline wastewater projects in the oil and gas industries.

Detailed Description:

Under the guidance of design professionals, you will develop process piping designs using Cadworx software for oil and gas clients and Revit fabrication software for other private sector clients. You will work under the supervision of senior process mechanical engineers and piping designers. The role involves developing equipment layouts, designing process piping and utility systems, creating contract drawings, conducting field investigations, and supporting construction activities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Execute work on wastewater projects for oil and gas and other private sector clients.
  • Perform field work for process piping design in the oil and gas industry.
  • Prepare equipment arrangement drawings, process piping plans and sections, and piping isometrics using Cadworx and Revit.
  • Manage individual piping design budgets.
  • Manage process piping deliverables and client expectations.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 5-15 years of experience in oil and gas or related industries preferred.
  • Experience with Cadworx software.
  • Ability to obtain a TWIC card for access to Oil & Gas facilities.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D or Revit is a plus.
  • Experience with Water and Wastewater projects is a plus.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to communicate ideas visually and verbally.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
Salary Range:

The starting pay range depends on location, skills, experience, and education, and may be adjusted in the future.

Location B: $34.10 - $46.90/hr.
