Premier Radiology, a Radiology Partners practice, is seeking a friendly front desk specialist to greet patients, assist with scheduling and registrations, and maintain accurate medical records at our Nashville-area imaging centers.

Ideal candidates will have a healthcare background, strong organizational skills, and experience with ECW Practice Management System. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a competitive total rewards package and a supportive team environment.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Greet patients at our imaging centers and assist them with scheduling of appointments, registering for procedures, maintaining medical records, and other related tasks
• Vital role to ensure patient satisfaction
• Candidate will need to be service-oriented and considerate of the patient’s condition

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School or equivalent preferred
• Background in healthcare is preferred
• Background with Eclinical Works Practice Management System Preferred
• Strong organizational skill
