We are seeking a full-time experienced Dentist, or a recent graduate passionate about Pediatric Dentistry, to join our Oral Health Impact Project (OHIP) in the Baltimore City School District. This is a unique opportunity for a caring and energetic Dentist to join our mobile dental clinic team.

With over 27 years of institutional healthcare experience, including dental services for various School Districts nationwide, we provide on-location, high-quality comprehensive dental care to patients facing access barriers. Our mission is to reduce dental caries and decay among children and adolescents while promoting healthy, happy smiles.

Responsibilities
  • Provide preventive and restorative dental care to school children (pre-K to 12th grade) in underserved communities.
  • Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care.
  • Educate patients on oral health.
  • Follow infection control and OSHA regulations.
  • Ensure quality of service and a consistent patient experience by executing company standards, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD degree
  • Active, unrestricted State Dental License
  • Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in Pediatric dentistry
  • Pediatric dentistry experience preferred
  • DEA certification
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel within the school district
  • Ability to work well with children
  • Availability to work weekdays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
