Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an OhioRISE Clinical Resource Specialist in Southeastern Ohio. You will provide advanced clinical guidance for high-acuity youths, collaborating with families, care coordinators, and state stakeholders to guide trauma-informed, strength-based planning.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships, clinical knowledge, and cross-system collaboration to improve outcomes for youth with complex behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field.
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field required.
• Active LISW/LPCC licensure in Ohio required (independent practice).
• 3–4 years of mental/behavioral health experience with leadership or clinical consultation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical expert for Child and Family Team meetings for high-acuity cases.
• Provide trauma-informed, strength-based, family-centered care planning consultation.
• Consult on care plans, crisis plans, and safety planning within licensure scope.
• Connect youth and families to community/state systems and supports.
• Collaborate with OhioRISE staff and partners for coordinated care.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and prepare for trainings and QA activities.
