Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum experience within the State of Ohio.
• Applicant should be familiar with preparation of Boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and other related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, Subdivision Plats.
• Direct field personnel to perform field surveys to State of Ohio standards.
• Manage project scheduling and personnel.

Skills

S.I. working towards an Ohio P.S. license

Familiarity with land record research

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Understanding of Trimble survey equipment
