Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Air Force project in Ohio. You will provide leadership in project delivery, manage stakeholder communication, oversee design and construction management activities, and ensure mission continuity throughout project execution.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, particularly with SCIF projects, and is PMP certified. Full-time employees enjoy various benefits such as medical insurance, 401K eligibility, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of construction project management experience supporting SCIF projects in compliance with ICD 705.
• Eligible for TS/SCI and SAP access as required.

Responsibilities

• Support design and construction management activities.
• Develop budget request document.
• Manage stakeholder communication and change management efforts.
• Coordinate occupancy planning and process modernization initiatives.
• Oversee vendor integration and escort coordination.
• Ensure timely completion of budget document and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain mission continuity during coordination and escort activities.
