Planate Management Group is looking for an experienced Program Manager to support an Air Force project in Ohio. You will lead project delivery, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure mission continuity throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of construction project management experience supporting SCIF projects in compliance with ICD 705.
• Eligible for TS/SCI and SAP access as required.
• Desirable experience with secure-facility MILCON projects.

Responsibilities

• Support design and construction management activities.
• Develop budget request document.
• Manage stakeholder communication and change management efforts.
• Coordinate occupancy planning and process modernization initiatives.
• Oversee vendor integration and escort coordination.
• Ensure timely completion of budget document and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain mission continuity during coordination and escort activities.
