McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLP seeks an Associate Attorney licensed in Ohio to join our Cincinnati area office. The candidate will support a diverse caseload, assist senior attorneys, and independently manage deadlines and dockets.

The ideal candidate has a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, membership in good standing with the Ohio State Bar, and at least three years of foreclosure, title, or financial services experience. Willingness to work with multiple offices is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Ohio with 3+ years as an attorney.
• Foreclosure, title, or financial services experience required.
• Ability to manage a diverse workload independently.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review Ohio default practice documents for compliance with state and federal law.
• Draft and review pleadings and related case documents.
• Evaluate files, provide legal opinions, and rectify issues.
• Review loan documents and title reports; identify title issues and recommend cures.
• Cure title issues via litigation or non-litigation methods.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents.
• Advise clients on file-level scenarios and deadlines.
• Independently manage a diverse workload and monitor deadlines.
