Your Role

• Safely transport passengers with door-to-door service via the SendaRide app.
• Use GPS to maximize route efficiency.
• Communicate promptly about delays or concerns.
• Log trip details accurately in the app.
• Maintain 96% on-time performance.

Requirements

• Vehicle: Clean, four-door, less than 10 years old (no trucks).
• Compliance: Follow traffic laws, HIPAA, and safety protocols.
• Background Check: Pass screening and maintain a clean driving record.
• Communication: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Tools: Smartphone (Android 15+/iOS), auto insurance.
• Training: Complete service-related courses.

Onboarding Timeline Notice

SendaRide’s onboarding process must be completed within 7 days of application approval. If onboarding exceeds 28 days, your profile will become inactive. You may resume onboarding at a later date but may be responsible for any additional costs associated with background checks, certification courses, or other onboarding requirements.
