Job summary

SendaRide, Inc. is hiring independent contractors to provide door-to-door non-emergency medical transportation using the SendaRide app. You will transport passengers safely and maintain high on-time performance.

We offer flexible scheduling, training in First Aid/CPR and specialized care, and the ability to plan routes and view earnings in advance. Complete onboarding within 7 days after approval.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Clean driving record and successful background check.
• Ability to follow HIPAA and safety protocols.
• Smartphone required (Android 15+ or iOS).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers with door-to-door service via the SendaRide app.
• Use GPS to maximize route efficiency.
• Communicate promptly about delays or concerns.
• Log trip details accurately in the app.
• Maintain 96% on-time performance.

• Tools: Smartphone (Android 15+/iOS), auto insurance.
• Training: Complete service-related courses.

Onboarding Timeline Notice

SendaRide’s onboarding process must be completed within 7-days of application approval. If onboarding exceeds 28-days your profile will become inactivate. You may resume onboarding at a later date but may be responsible for any additional costs associated with background checks, certification courses, or other onboarding requirements.
