Responsibilities
  1. Conduct initial client interviews to determine their needs and explain available insurance options.
  2. Perform field underwriting with utmost integrity.
  3. Ensure all medical and necessary forms are completed and submitted.
  4. Arrange payment methods with clients.
  5. Follow up on filed claims.
  6. Process insurance policy requests.
  7. Maintain regular contact with clients for ongoing support.
  8. Support team members in achieving KPIs.
  9. Become a subject matter expert in senior insurance solutions.
  10. Follow guidelines, training, and support to recruit and train insurance professionals.
  11. Maintain a competitive, inclusive, and fun work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Competitive drive and winning mentality.
  • Strong work ethic and grit.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
  • Availability to start within 6 weeks.
  • Previous leadership experience is a plus.
Compensation

USD $50,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 per year. Compensation is highly customizable and will be discussed directly with the onboarding manager.
