Latham & Watkins is seeking an Office of the General Counsel Senior Analyst – Conflicts Reporting to analyze and prepare conflicts reports for incoming attorneys and new client matters. The role uses Intapp Open and supports the Ethics and Client Intake processes with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
The position is hybrid, located in Washington D.C. with eligibility for flexible scheduling and in-office presence as needed, reporting to the OGC team and collaborating with attorneys and staff

The Office of the General Counsel (“OGC”) Senior Analyst – Conflicts Reporting is an integral part of Latham’s Office of the General Counsel. This role will be responsible for preparing and analyzing all levels of conflicts reports regarding incoming attorneys and new client business using the firm’s conflicts database, Intapp Open, to be sent to attorneys, analysts, and other staff. This role will be located in either our Boston, Chicago, New York, Washington D.C. or Global Services Office in Downtown Los Angeles. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
