The OGC Lawyer – Compliance (Regulatory) is an integral part of Latham’s Office of the General Counsel team. This role will be responsible for the legal and compliance review of contracts, outside counsel guidelines, client, vendor, and banking questionnaires, and other documents relating to the firm's compliance and regulatory obligations, while identifying, assessing, and mitigating regulatory compliance risks, negotiating appropriate contractual positions with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, and escalating novel or complex issues as needed. The role will be located in either our New York, Boston, or Washington, D.C. office. The position may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
USD $150,000.00 – USD $170,000.00 / Yr.
