The OGC Attorney – Global Commercial Transactions is an integral part of Latham’s Office of the General Counsel (OGC) team.This role will be responsible for assisting with the legal review of the firm’s contracts with outside vendors to ensure that each contract executed on behalf of the firm is reviewed for significant legal, risk management, and business issues, as well as recommending modifications to contract language as appropriate to ensure that all contracts adequately protect the firm's interests, minimize unnecessary risk, address relevant privacy and security concerns, and maintain consistency with the firm's policies and standards. This role will be located in either our New York, Washington, D.C., Chicago, or Downtown Los Angeles office.
