About The Role

The OGC Analyst – Conflicts, Laterals is part of Latham’s Office of the General Counsel. The role involves analyzing conflicts reports for incoming lateral candidates, validating conflicts checks, and ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements. The position can be located in Boston, New York, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, or Washington, D.C., with potential for flexible/hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Administer conflicts review and assist candidates with questionnaires.
  • Coordinate with attorneys and conflicts staff across jurisdictions.
  • Analyze conflicts reports, identify issues, and communicate with attorneys.
  • Summarize conflict analyses and report resolutions.
  • Collaborate with OGC leadership to prioritize work.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Candidate Profile
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Professional interpersonal skills for effective communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 4+ years relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • 3+ years experience in a law firm or professional services.
  • Experience with Intapp Open software preferred.
