Bellin Health Generations Clinic in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a board-certified/eligible obstetrician to join a well-established OB/GYN and Neonatology service line. The outpatient practice will be in Green Bay with a 1:10 on-call schedule and dedicated midwifery collaboration.

Join a hospital-employed model with a remodeled maternity unit and Level III Neonatology Unit, delivering ~1,500 births per year with potential growth.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible obstetrician/gynecologist.
• Experience in OB/GYN and Neonatology service lines preferred.
• Ability to work within a hospital-employed model with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic in Green Bay; 40 hours/week with 32 hours direct patient care.
• 1:10 call schedule; on-call coverage with midwifery collaboration.
• Support from Maternal-Fetal Medicine and advanced practice providers.
• Deliveries in Green Bay; participation in a high-volume birthand neonatal unit.

Opportunity Details:

Bellin Health system is recruiting to add an additional Board Eligible/Board Certified Obstetrician to join our Generations team within our comprehensive OB/GYN and Neonatology Service Line. The outpatient practice for this position will be located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, at our Bellin Health Generations Clinic on Development Drive.

You will be joining a well-established and highly respected group of physicians, midwives, and advanced practice clinicians within a hospital employed model. Walk into the practice with a freshly remodeled maternity unit as well as a newly developed state of the art Level III Neonatology Unit.

Shift Hours:

1.0 FTE (40 hours/week). Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm

• Full-time practice: 40 hours per week with at least 32 hours per week devoted to direct patient care
• Outpatient clinic days in Marinette and Green Bay
• 1:10 call schedule ~ 24/7 restricted on-call coverage with dedicated midwifery collaboration (Deliveries in Green Bay, Wisconsin)
• Current team has 10 OB/GYN Physicians
• Maternal Fetal Medicine services
• Advanced practice providers
• Certified Nurse Midwifes
• Approximately 1,500 births per year with projection to increase to 1,800
• Compensation:
• 100% production-based compensation
• Outreach travel stipend ~ if applicable
• Restricted call stipend
• $5,000 CME per fiscal year
• 80 hours of paid time off to conduct CME
  264 hours of CTO (Contracted Time Off)
