Job summary

Direct Jobs is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN physician to join an established practice in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The clinic is physician‑owned and affiliated with SSM Health, offering a four‑day work week with three clinic days and one day in the OR.

Responsibilities include outpatient and inpatient obstetrics and gynecology, minimally invasive surgery via robot, and weekly MFM support with 24/7 NICU availability.

Qualifications

• Board-certified OB/GYN with a Wisconsin license or eligible.
• Experience providing both outpatient and inpatient obstetrics and gynecology care.
• Familiar with minimally invasive and robotic surgery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Participate in four‑day work week schedule with 3 clinic days and 1 OR day.
• Support MFM presence in clinic and manage NICU coordination.

Seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN physician to join an established practice in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, SC, is a physician-owned and governed, multi-specialty group affiliated with SSM Health through a professional service agreement.

Opportunity

• Join an established OB/GYN team of seven physicians
• Excellent quality of life practice offering a four-day work week. 3 days in clinic, and 1 day in OR.
• Multispecialty clinic attached to the hospital- only hospital with L & D in the county
• Outpatient & Inpatient responsibilities
• Minimally invasive surgery via robot
• MFM doc in clinic weekly. NICU services are available 24/7
• Call is 1:7
• Start with a guaranteed salary with immediate eligibility for a production-based bonus and additional incentive compensation for quality, service, and leadership.

Compensation Details

• $455,000 guaranteed salary to start with, eligibility for a production-based salary opportunity to earn $713,000.
• Shareholder opportunity within 12 months of employment
