Job summary

Tech Mirrors seeks an experienced OFSAA Transaction Monitoring Technology Lead to guide design, development, and ongoing support of the OFSAA TM platform for enterprise AML programs. Strong expertise in OFSAA FCCM, Oracle Database, ETL/IETL, AutoSys, data pipelines, and production support is required along with technical leadership.

You will lead technical architecture, oversee platform modernization and cloud enablement, mentor teams, and ensure regulatory compliance, traceability, and audit

Qualifications

6–8+ years of experience with OFSAA.
Strong FCCM and TM experience in AML programs.
Expertise in Oracle Database and Oracle SQL.
Experience with ETL/IETL, AutoSys scheduling, and data pipelines.
Production support and SDLC knowledge.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical architecture of OFSAA TM platform.
Lead development and support of ER, TM, reconciliation, and batch processing.
Design AutoSys schedules, restart strategies, and recovery procedures.
Tune Oracle SQL and optimize performance.
Provide production escalation support and regulatory documentation.
