Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in New Jersey seeks an OFSAA TM Designer to own the end-to-end technical design, build, and stability of the OFSAA Transaction Monitoring platform supporting enterprise AML programs.

You will provide hands-on leadership across OFSAA, FCCM, Oracle, ETL/IETL, and scheduling, guiding engineering teams through platform changes, upgrades, and regulatory initiatives while ensuring resilience and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience with OFSAA Transaction Monitoring platforms in a regulated environment.
• Strong hands-on engineering leadership across TM suites and data pipelines.
• Ability to design scalable, resilient architectures and drive platform upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture of OFSAA TM platform (OFSAA, FCCM, Oracle DB, ETL, scheduling, integrations).
• Define and enforce standards for TM processing, job orchestration, and data handling.
• Lead engineering for TM jobs, design AutoSys flows, perform performance tuning, and review runbooks.
