Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions seeks an Oracle Field Service Architect to design, implement, and manage end-to-end field operations solutions. The role focuses on integrating Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) with GIS, ERP, and CRM, while guiding routing, capacity, and mobility using Oracle Integration Cloud to optimize workflows and mobile plugins.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years as technical architect or in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of OFSC and related integrations.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud and plug in development.
• Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for data visualization and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) for scalable data modeling.
• Strong understanding of field service operations (scheduling, routing, dispatching, inventory management).
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and observability/monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Define integration patterns with Work Management, Customer Information, and Asset Management systems.
• Design cloud architecture (OCI) and API management/gateway strategy.
• Experience implementing OFS modules and leadership in the project.
• Deep knowledge of OFSC and related integrations.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud integrations and plug-in development.
• Leverage Oracle Analytics Cloud and ADW for data insights and performance tuning.
• Oversee scheduling, routing, dispatching, and inventory management within field service operations.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and observability/monitoring for deployments.

Job Summary
