Orange County Library System seeks a dynamic Fab Lab instructor to design, develop and run workshops for customers and staff in a maker environment. You’ll design, develop and conduct Fab Lab, or similar “maker” environment workshops for customers and staff and provide customers with technical and software assistance in the Fab Lab and Simulation Lab. You’ll collaborate as a subject matter experts to develop and deliver video production curriculum for adults and teens.
You’ve completed a bachelor's degree or technical certification in a STEM related discipline, have gained two years of professional industry experience in electronic circuit operations, design/prototyping; working knowledge of 3D printers, CNC, laser cutter and vinyl cutter operation, one year of which in formal training/teaching experience.
