Position Details

• Title: Maintenance Technician
• Reports To: Property Manager/RPS
• Type: Full Time
• Location: Watts, Los Angeles
• Salary: $25-$30/hour + $100/month auto allowance

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning repairs
• Carpentry, appliance repairs, and glass replacement
• Complete daily work orders assigned by supervisor
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies
• Perform apartment make-ready work
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems
• Participate in preventive maintenance programs
• Follow all safety regulations and standards
• Assist with other duties as required

Requirements

• Own tools for plumbing, electrical, and basic repairs
• High School Diploma or GED with two years of related experience
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in groundskeeping
• Valid motor vehicle operation
• Ability to walk, stand, kneel, and climb ladders for prolonged periods
• Effective communication skills

Travel: Reliable transportation required; onsite work only. Travel requirements may change.
