About The Division

Pal Serv Supply Chain Services, part of the PLA Family of Companies, provides comprehensive supply chain services, ensuring efficient and seamless operations from start to finish.

Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Perform duties across the facility, supporting overall objectives by adapting to different environments and departments.
• Assist in pallet production based on daily needs.
• Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and other supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
• Identify and understand different types and grades of pallets.
• Meet or exceed daily production requirements.
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean workspace, ensure safety, and compliance.
• Escalate technical and process issues to leadership.
• Build collaborative relationships with facility staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need
