Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee offsite construction including grading, wet/dry utilities, paving, and street improvements.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and quality across multiple active communities.
• Coordinate with trade partners, engineers, and municipalities.
• Ensure SWPPP/NPDES compliance and handle agency inspections.
• Support project turnover from land development to vertical construction.
