Job summary

Dcor, Llc seeks a Well Safety & Compliance Manager to oversee safe, compliant well operations for assets in and offshore. You will focus on well control, BOP systems, and hazard management while coordinating with field teams and leadership.

Responsibilities include leading well control training, ensuring regulatory adherence, and driving continuous safety improvements across drilling, completions, and intervention activities. Offshore readiness and field engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field.
• Experience in drilling, completions, workover, or well intervention.
• Well control certification (IADC, IWCF, or equivalent).
• Offshore experience and ability to travel.
• Familiarity with API standards and BSEE requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain well control practices across operations.
• Lead training, coaching, and competency verification for well control.
• Ensure BOP systems are maintained, tested, and compliant with standards.
• Support installation, readiness, and reliability of wellhead systems.
• Drive safety improvements and risk reduction in field operations.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and hazard reviews; track actions.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineering, and operations teams.
• Investigate incidents and ensure lessons are applied to procedures.
