Job summary

IPT Global seeks a Subsea Engineer to support offshore well-control operations, testing, and field engineering across domestic and international sites. You will ensure subsea system safety, reliability, and efficiency through testing, troubleshooting, planning, and rigorous documentation.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to travel up to 75% offshore and overseas. Prior offshore credentials and experience in subsea systems are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and testing documentation.
• Willingness to travel offshore and internationally up to 75%.
• Offshore credentials (TWIC/HUET/BOSIET) preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety at offshore sites and follow safety policies.
• Coordinate subsea well-control testing and barrier verification.
• Prepare and document pressure and functional testing results.
• Maintain technical records and design documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and teams to run field ops.
• Troubleshoot subsea equipment, hydraulics, electrical systems.
