Job summary

EngiFlex is seeking a Works Manager to drive on-site operations for large offshore subsea cable installation projects. You will lead site superintendents and project engineers, ensuring safe, efficient execution and adherence to schedule and budget.

You will bring 3+ years in offshore engineering, strong planning and leadership skills, and a hands-on, autonomous approach in high-safety environments. Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering is preferred, with construction specialization.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in complex offshore engineering projects.
• Strong project management and planning skills.
• Extensive experience in high-safety environments.
• Clear communication and ability to critique works.
• Team player who can lead field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee offshore cable installation, burial, termination and testing activities.
• Act as on-site accountable for HSE, POB and emergency response.
• Plan and organize on-site works with site teams.
• Drive efficient execution and optimization of subsea installation operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet schedule and budget.
• Maintain QHSE standards and project timelines.
