Job summary

Kiewit Offshore Services District is seeking an Estimator to prepare, review and present discipline estimates for bid-build/design-build activities. You will help develop discipline estimators and maintain historical databases while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The role involves cost analysis, estimating guidance, and supporting project teams across the district’s offshore construction scope, located in Ingleside, TX.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and drawings/specifications.
• OSHA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate full estimating services on large, complex projects.
• Develop project estimates requiring bid information.
• Prepare estimates ensuring all factors are priced and included in the summary.
• Perform site visits, cost projections/audits and constructability studies.
