Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, specs and drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent math and computer skills; ability to meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication; strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to spot discrepancies.
• Knowledge of construction safety and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate full estimating services for large projects.
• Develop project estimates requiring bid information.
• Prepare estimates ensuring all factors are included in the summary.
• Perform site visits, cost projections, audits and constructability studies.
