A leading offshore support company is seeking a Plug & Abandonment Assistant to support well decommissioning activities. The ideal candidate will assist in rigging up and down, handling tools, and performing safety checks on offshore sites. Experience in well plugging and strong mechanical skills are essential. The role requires effective communication and a commitment to safety standards. Offshore travel and extended rotational schedules will be necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English with effective communication skills.
• Previous experience in well plugging, cementing, or abandonment support.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing job requirements and offshore conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist P&A supervisors and crews with day-to-day offshore abandonment activities.
• Support wellsite operations, including rigging up/down and handling tools.
• Safely operate and maintain basic abandonment tools and support equipment.
• Perform pre-job inspections and routine maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Participate in safety meetings and required training.
