Job summary

Crescent Energy Services, LLC is seeking experienced Offshore Pump Operators for plug and abandonment, drilling, and workover operations in Belle Chasse, LA. The role requires operating mud pumps, strict safety adherence, and the ability to work a 24-hour offshore callout schedule.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of relevant offshore experience, a clean driving record, and capability to pass Homeland Security background checks and safety certifications including Water Survival.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in plug & abandonment, drilling, or workover operations using mud pumps.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID and good driving record.
• Ability to work a 24-hour callout schedule offshore.
• Must pass Homeland Security background check requirements.
• Completion of safety training (including Water Survival).
• Compliance with drug & alcohol testing policy.

Responsibilities

• Operate mud pumps for plug & abandonment, drilling, or workover operations offshore.
• Maintain safe working practices and adhere to company policies and offshore regulations.
• Assist with equipment checks, maintenance, and reporting of any operational issues.
• Support well control and safety training requirements as needed.
