Job summary

NOV is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Texas to manage shipping operations for drilling, completion, intervention, and exploration activities. You will coordinate with operations, vendors, and logistics providers to meet tight delivery schedules while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include monitoring shipments, resolving issues, optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring accurate records. Offshore and remote-location logistics support may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating shipments and logistics in an industrial or oil & gas environment.
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with operations teams, vendors, and logistics providers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all shipments are processed accurately and delivered on time to support drilling, completion, intervention, and exploration activities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety requirements for all outbound and inbound shipments.
• Coordinate effectively with operations teams, rig personnel, vendors, and logistics providers to meet critical delivery schedules.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation, documentation, or delivery issues to prevent operational disruptions.
• Optimize inventory movement and warehouse processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and logistics records to ensure visibility and traceability of materials.
• Support offshore and remote-location logistics by ensuring proper documentation, packaging, and transportation arrangements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, operational efficiency, and customer service.
• Achieve high levels of operational readiness by ensuring critical equipment and materials are available when and where needed.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration across supply chain, warehouse, and field operations teams to support business objectives.
