Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management, data maintenance and materials management.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, reporting and data manipulation skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Sharp problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate inventory analysis and continuous improvement sessions to remove impediments to flow and deliver solutions.
• Run reports daily/weekly/monthly to monitor key inventory characteristics and ensure accuracy for the GoM region.
• Identify parts and materials, providing feedback to correct material master data.
• Analyze inventory levels and adjust minimum and maximum reorder points to meet offshore demand.
• Coordinate with operations and purchasing to order new supplies and avoid inefficiencies or excess surplus.
