Job summary

Oil States Energy Services is seeking a Production Services Field Service Technician for our New Iberia, LA location. This role is primarily offshore and involves installation, operation, repair, removal, and maintenance of company tools and field equipment.

Progression through FST I–IV levels requires on-location training, CDL if needed, and strong safety discipline. Travel and on-call duties are integral, with supervisor communication emphasized daily.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must be proficient with a computer.
• Ability to travel to other facilities, if required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, operates, and maintains company tools and equipment.
• Drives and operates mobile crane truck, pickup and trailer to deliver tools over state lines as needed.
• Maintains open lines of communication with District Manager and Operations District before, during and after job completion.
