Job summary

Danos is seeking a Deepwater Mechanic to operate an offshore production facility, performing testing, calibration, maintenance, and inspections of equipment in line with customer specifications. You will also complete required paperwork for customers and government agencies while supporting safe, compliant operations offshore.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining turbine compressors, generators, gas/diesel generators, and reciprocating equipment such as pumps and compressors,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-8 years mechanic experience offshore on a production platform.
• Offshore deepwater rotating equipment experience preferred.
• Solar Turbine experience preferred.
• SAP experience and computer knowledge.
• Familiar with Subsea equipment and permit to work system.
• Strong organizational skills and teamwork.
• Ability to create and follow maintenance policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate offshore production facility per customer requirements.
• Test, calibrate, maintain and inspect equipment.
• Complete mandatory paperwork for customers and government agencies.
• Maintain and troubleshoot turbine compressors, generators, gas/diesel generators, compressors, and reciprocating equipment (pumps, compressors, etc.).
