Job description

Role Definition

As part of the TRE FOU Jacket installation campaign, we are looking for an experienced Client Representative (CR) to join the offshore team on board the Innovation vessel. The CR will be responsible for representing the client’s interests and ensuring that the work is executed according to the highest technical, HSE, and contractual standards.

Planned campaign periods:

August 10 to October 10, 2025 (maximum duration)

January 19 to May 31, 2026 (Exact start dates may vary depending on vessel readiness – notice will be provided.)

Main Responsibilities:

Act as the client’s representative onboard during offshore jacket installation operations.

Monitor and ensure contractor compliance with project specifications, procedures, and HSE standards.

Serve as the interface between the offshore contractor team and the client’s onshore project team.

Produce and submit daily progress reports and operational updates.

Participate in coordination meetings and report any deviations, delays, or incidents.

Ensure all critical installation activities (lifting, positioning, securing, etc.) are executed safely and in accordance with the agreed plan.

Profile Required:

Minimum 10 years of offshore experience in similar roles (Client Rep, Construction Superintendent, or equivalent), ideally involving jacket installation or heavy subsea structures.

Strong technical background in offshore installation operations, particularly lifting and positioning.

Solid understanding of offshore HSE regulations and marine campaign execution.

Previous experience working on large offshore vessels and helicopter-supported campaigns is an advantage.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Valid offshore certifications: BOSIET / HUET, offshore medical, etc.

Contract type: Freelance / Consultant

Rotation: 14 days on / 14 days off
