Job summary

Danos is seeking an Automation Technician to install, maintain, calibrate, and repair electronic and diagnostic testing equipment in an offshore setting. You will work with SCADA, PLCs, and DCS systems to ensure reliable operation of platform automation.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues on pumps, motors, instrumentation, and control networks, completing mandatory paperwork, and maintaining thorough records. Offshore experience and TWIC card are required.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-6 years automation experience.
• Proficiency in PLC systems, especially ControlLogix 5000.
• Experience with ladder logic and DCS systems (e.g., Honeywell Experion).
• SAP experience.
• Valid TWIC card.
• Prior offshore experience.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, calibrates, and repairs automation equipment.
• Diagnoses problems on pumps, motors, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Completes mandatory paperwork for customers and government agencies.
• Maintains thorough records of work performed.
• Ensures safe and reliable offshore operations.
