Job summary

PaperWorks US is seeking an Offset Press Operator in Greensboro, NC. This role focuses on producing high-quality printed products within production standards and customer specifications.

You will manage press operations, perform setup and adjustments, and ensure adherence to color and quality standards. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a Printing Press Operator, a high school diploma or GED, strong interpersonal and numerical skills, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work with teams and communicate effectively.
• Competence in basic math and reading; comfortable with computer tasks.
• Positive attitude and reliability in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate printing presses according to job specifications and production codes.
• Perform setup, adjustments, and color checks to ensure quality output.
• Maintain quality standards and report issues to Press Supervisor.
• Handle daily plate checks, job jacket/process documentation, and waste forms.
• Ensure correct placement of press sheets, cut-down sheets, and skids.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety practices on the press floor.
