SCHEDULE: MON-TH (3:45 PM - 2:15 AM)
PAY RANGE: Category 9 + $10,000 Hiring Bonus

What You'll Do

This full-time, permanent position in a manufacturing environment involves operating and maintaining offset printing presses for producing charitable and lottery gaming products, including pull-tab tickets and bingo paper. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality print production through meticulous press monitoring, color control, and troubleshooting, while maximizing efficiency and adhering to industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with multi-color sheet-fed offset presses, strong color management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They should be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and committed to a safe, organized work environment.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Press Operation & Maintenance: Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on presses. Set up and adjust printing plates, ink fountains, and rollers. Monitor quality and perform inspections.
  2. Process Improvement & Efficiency: Optimize press performance, analyze operational data, and implement workflow improvements. Supervise press helpers to ensure smooth operations.
  3. Safety & Workplace Standards: Maintain safety standards, handle chemicals properly, and report hazards. Complete relevant logs and reports.
  4. Training & Mentorship: Train and mentor junior operators and helpers, fostering a team-oriented culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.
  5. Attendance & Punctuality: Maintain reliable attendance, adhere to shift schedules, and communicate schedule issues proactively.
  6. Other Duties: Support production as needed, including assisting in other operations.
What You'll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience with multi-color sheet-fed presses.
  • Knowledge of offset printing, quality control, and color management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, prioritize, and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency with basic computer software.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder; pass background and drug screening.
