Job description

Offset Press Operator - 2nd and 3rd shift - Ryobi 2 & 4 Color

We are seeking a skilled Offset Press Operator to join our printing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining offset printing presses, ensuring high-quality production and meeting deadlines. This position is available for 2nd shift (M-F 3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (M-F 11pm-7am).

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate offset printing presses, including 2-color and 4-color presses.
• Monitor press operations to ensure quality output and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and lubrication of printing presses.
• Manage plate registration and ink fountain adjustments for precise printing.
• Inspect printed materials for quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of jobs.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Offset Press Operator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of offset printing processes and equipment, Ryobi 520 experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with 2-color and 4-color printing techniques.
• Ability to perform maintenance on printing equipment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Open to training on 1st shift until fully trained.
